The Marcialonga, a cross-country ski race held in classic style,
takes place in the scenic Val di Fiemme and Val di Fassa, nestled beneath the majestic Dolomites.
The course offers two route options: the classic 70 km race from Moena to Cavalese, or a shorter 45 km Light version ending in Predazzo.
Skiers glide through charming valley villages, enjoying breathtaking views and the enthusiastic support of thousands of spectators
cheering on over 7,200 participants.
Thanks to our collaboration with the Marcialonga Organizing Committee, all 10th ICSS participants will have the opportunity to experience the 52° Marcialonga Race, taking place on Sunday, January 26th, just before our congress, through two exclusive initiatives.
Conference attendees and sponsors have the unique opportunity to register for this famous race,
even though regular registration has long been closed. Additionally,
this special arrangement provides participants with a discounted registration fee.
Sign up in large numbers! The more participants we have,
the greater the excitement
– and if the turnout is strong,
the organizers will host a special awards ceremony for the first woman and first man ICSS 2025 to cross the finish line.
Don’t miss this chance to be part of it!
Prefer to watch the race from the sidelines?
Hop on the official shuttle bus, which will follow the race leaders, taking you to prime viewpoints along the valleys.
Experience the excitement up close at various key spots!
Tip: The shuttle departs from Cavalese in the morning.
